Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Appify sp. z o.o. ("Appify", "we", "us") handles personal information on this website and in the apps we publish.

Last updated: 29 July 2026

1. Who we are

Appify sp. z o.o. is a company registered in Poland and based in Warsaw. For any privacy-related questions you can contact us at support@appify.com.pl.

2. This website

This website (appify.com.pl) is intentionally minimal. It does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies, and we do not collect personal information about visitors here. It loads no third-party resources at all — the pages use the fonts already installed on your device rather than downloading any — so reading them does not disclose your visit to Google or anyone else. Your browser may automatically send standard request information (such as IP address and user agent) to our hosting provider, Cloudflare, as part of normal traffic delivery; that information is not used by us for any tracking or profiling.

The site sets no cookies. It does store two small values in your browser's local storage, and only once you have done something that calls for it:

Neither value ever leaves your browser, and neither is used to identify or track you. Because each one is written only in response to a choice you deliberately made, and does nothing but remember that choice, they count as storage strictly necessary for a service you asked for — which is why you do not see a cookie-consent banner here. You can clear them at any time in your browser's site-data settings, and the site will work just the same.

3. Our apps

Our apps are designed to keep personal data on your device wherever possible. Where an app needs to process information off-device — for example, to handle subscriptions — this section explains what is involved.

3.1 Subscriptions and purchases

Where one of our apps offers a paid subscription or in-app purchase, payment is processed by Apple through the App Store, and subscription state is managed on our side using RevenueCat. RevenueCat acts as a data processor on our behalf to handle entitlements, receipts, and subscription status. The information shared with RevenueCat is limited to what is needed to manage your purchase — typically an anonymous user identifier and information from your App Store transaction.

You can review RevenueCat's privacy practices at revenuecat.com/privacy and Apple's at apple.com/legal/privacy.

3.2 In-app data

Personal data you enter into our apps — such as cycle logs, symptom entries, mood tracking, or any other in-app content — is, by default, stored locally on your device. If a specific app offers optional cloud sync or backup, that capability and the information it transfers will be described in detail inside the app and in this policy at that time.

3.3 Diagnostics

We may receive aggregated, anonymous crash reports through Apple's standard developer tools if you have opted in to share diagnostic data with developers in your iOS settings. These reports do not contain personally identifying information.

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or deletion; object to or restrict certain processing; request data portability; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@appify.com.pl. Because most app data lives on your device, the easiest way to delete it is usually to delete the app itself.

6. Data retention

We do not retain personal information from this website. Subscription records held via RevenueCat are retained for as long as required to deliver the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

7. International transfers

Our service providers (Cloudflare, Apple, RevenueCat) may process data outside of the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where local law requires a higher minimum). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as our products evolve — for example, when an app launches new features that change how data is handled. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated inside the affected app.
